SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Scholarships to the March 16-18, 2009 Art and Science of Health Promotion Conference, are available for a limited number of health promotion professionals who work with underserved populations. Scholarship winners will receive one full registration for the 2009 Art and Science of Health Promotion Conference, allowing access to all Core Conference programs and events.

To apply for a scholarship, please submit the following information:

1. Describe the underserved population that you serve, and the structure of your organization

2. Describe how the program and/or organization serves this population

3. Describe how the program and/or organization is funded

4. Describe how you or the program will benefit from the conference
